Just an update, we are knocking out all the past orders as fast as we can, so if you haven't received your tracking number, you will be shortly. We should have all orders during the relocation-process fulfilled by the end of this week. You will get your tracking number sent to you via email. 
I know some of you are frustrated, the relocation has been a difficult undertaking and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Just know that I am spending most of my time producing the orders first, then handling emails as they come. We are getting 300+ emails a day and it's mainly concerns on order status, so if you aren't getting a response its because we are working on why you are emailing us in the first place:)

Placed an order for 2 different skinz. Did not receive one of the skinz and it’s an act of congress to get the situation remedied. Looks like I will get the state attorney General to figure it out. The package was delivered unopened someone at this company did not do there job an this is somehow my problem.

Kyle, we’re looking forward to seeing our product soon! It’s only been a week since we ordered and I’m sure there are lots of others ahead of us. Designskinz are fab! Keep on keepin’ on!
